- To maintain regular contact with both the client and candidate during the recruitment process, ensuring that both parties are aware of developments.
- Not to retain any information about the client or candidate that may influence the other party’s decision.
- To view candidate references where requested for the client in an objective and professional manner, once mutual interest has been established by both parties, but with deference to the candidate’s confidentiality prior to an offer being made and accepted.
- To work with our clients to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and timely.
- To represent our client as an employer in the best light, ensuring all feedback and documentation representing the company to candidates is of the highest value and presentation.
- To ensure, as far as possible, that our clients’ experience of our selection processes is a positive one. To recognise that our clients are investing time and expenditure to gain a positive return in the long term.
