Industry

The industrial organizations need to internalize the modern technology into the customer oriented products and production processes in order to survive in the competitive markets. Due to the climate change the industrial organizations are expected to provide more environmental friendly and sustainable solutions.

We connect our clients with innovative business leaders and corporate functional experts with innovative recruiting solutions.

In the year 2025 the revenue of Finland’s industrial production is estimated at around 95 billion euros, showing modest growth after the fluctuations of the early 2020s. The total revenue of the most significant industrial fields such as metallurgic, forest, food, electronic and chemical industries has grown by about 2 % compared to 2024. There are approximately 160,000 people working in the forest industry, 120,000 in the metallurgic industry and 34,000 in the chemical industry.

During the last few years Finland’s industrial production has continued to shift towards international markets and countries with lower cost levels. Structural challenges, especially in the forest and electronic industries, have reduced employment, while automation and digitalization have reshaped production processes. The dynamic business environment and the transformation of production, such as the wider use of robotics and AI-based solutions, are changing the traditional business models of industrial organizations. Due to climate change and stricter EU regulation, Finnish industrial companies are increasingly expected to provide sustainable, low-emission and environmentally friendly solutions.

The profile of industry executives and professionals has continued to evolve rapidly in recent years. Globalization, digitalization and sustainability requirements are reshaping leadership demands. Traditional growth markets have matured, and competition has intensified across all regions. Therefore, companies are expanding into new areas of business and technology. Leaders today need strong expertise in risk and resilience management, the ability to navigate geopolitical uncertainty, and deep knowledge of sustainability and regulatory frameworks. They must combine international experience with the capacity to lead digital transformation and utilize AI-driven solutions to remain competitive.

With our deep understanding of the unique cultures, industries and professional networks, we support our clients in identifying and acquiring the leaders and experts who will drive future growth, innovation and long-term value creation.
