Ewa Tomczak is a Country Manager of Talentor Poland. She is also the FMCG Practice Group Head within Talentor Group.
Ewa has extensive experience in executive search and recruitment for management positions across different sectors, including FMCG, retail, manufacturing, finance. As a Head of HR & Administration in Electrolux Poland she also gained experience in HR management. She holds M.A. degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Warsaw and has a postgraduate diploma of the College of Europe (Brugge, Belgium).
She can speak fluent English and can communicate in French, apart from her native Polish.
